About DeAnne
I've been in sales for over 40 years starting with hair design then advertising sales, mortgage processing, healthcare admin and medical assisting, then health and wellness with weight loss and nutrition. I worked with Success Resources and coached for Lady Boss helping women with limiting beliefs and personal development programs. Currently in retail sales and operations at Sleep Number while navigating company changes and exploring new paths aligned with my faith and passion for encouraging others.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Ask questions. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Show up and be seen. Learn as much as you can. Take care of your health and take proper breaks because no one can pour from an empty cup. We are better together.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is key. Do the right thing and be who you are in front of people as you are at home. Be true to yourself. Always strive to do better and never give up.
