Deb DiTrani serves as Senior Regional Sales Manager at Bausch Health, where she has worked for nine and a half years in the pharmaceuticals industry. Based in Kansas City and representing Leawood, Kansas, her responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and mentoring sales representatives while acting as a servant leader who creates opportunities, removes gaps, and supports team members on their career journeys. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare as a registered nurse, she manages a travel schedule from Monday through Thursday and navigates challenges such as team promotions and onboarding new representatives to maintain collaboration and focus. DiTrani earned a journalism degree with a minor in marketing from Wichita State in 1988, a Bachelor of Nursing from Bethel College in 1994, and a graduate certificate in human resources management from Southern New Hampshire University in 2025. She participates in an in-house women's leadership network.
