01What do you attribute your success to?

One is kind of the personal work. Two is really celebrating the positive experiences I've had, and the positive relationships, and the ways I've impacted other people's careers. I think finding a really good mentor, I had one or two really good mentors along the way, and that has been really inspiring. And then I think, you know, honestly, to be totally honest, the way I've really kind of come to be in my career is that I've gone for roles that I don't totally know how to do and have the confidence that I'm gonna figure it out if I get there.
