Debbie Robinson

She is a dedicated behavioral health leader and advocate with over a decade of experience in mental health and substance use treatment, program administration, and community outreach, currently serving as National Outreach Specialist at WestBridge, where she focuses on mental health and substance use treatment outreach. She also serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Mental Health Practice Board at the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification, providing governance and oversight for mental health practice in New Hampshire. Her career includes serving as Director of Patient Outreach at New Hampshire Hospital, Administrator of Philbrook Adult Transitional Housing, and Administrator of SPU & RTU at the NH Department of Corrections, where she managed programs providing mental health treatment to incarcerated adults. She is recognized as a compassionate, strategic, and systems-focused leader who is deeply committed to expanding access to mental health and substance use treatment, reducing stigma, and supporting individuals on their path to recovery and stability.
