Debbie Simmons

I am an executive coach, organizational consultant, and nonprofit leader dedicated to helping faith-driven leaders, executives, and organizations design legacies worth living and leaving. I am the Creator of the Architecture of Trust, a practice I founded in 2022 in Houston, Texas, where I serve as The Legacy Architect, blending trauma-informed leadership, resilient faith, and practical strategy to help teams thrive through disruption, build healthy culture, and leave a measurable impact. My work spans keynote speaking, executive coaching, and organizational consulting that unites purpose, people, and performance, with key focus areas including leadership development and executive coaching, organizational culture and team alignment, board governance and leadership pipeline design, donor experience and communication strategy, and faith-based resilience and trauma-informed leadership. I am the author of The Heart of Legacy: Living a Focused, Faithful, and Fearless Life, the creator of The Living Legacy Model and the From S.T.U.C.K. to G.O.O.D. leadership framework, and a keynote speaker for conferences, corporate teams, and nonprofit summits.

Alongside this work, I have served as Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Anchor Point since October 2010, a multi-division nonprofit based in League City, Texas, that empowers thousands of families each year through Christ-centered, trauma-informed programs that restore hope and strengthen generations. As CEO, I provide strategic direction, organizational oversight, and leadership development across five divisions, including Obria Medical Clinic, Hope Family Center, Hope Community, Hope House Maternity Home, and Hope Camps, leading a high-performing team of professionals, volunteers, and ministry partners committed to advancing life, healing, and family restoration throughout the Gulf Coast region. Under my leadership, Anchor Point has scaled from a single vision to a multimillion-dollar organization with multiple centers serving thousands annually, and I have built and led cross-functional teams while cultivating a values-driven culture rooted in excellence, accountability, and compassion.

Earlier in my career, I served as Business Manager and Marketing Operations Consultant for The Spine and Sports Center in Houston, directing business development and marketing operations for a start-up medical practice, overseeing billing systems, database infrastructure, staff development, physician credentialing, and service expansion. I also served as Executive Director for Texas, Alabama, and Mississippi at PFM for nearly five years, where I led all regional operations for Chuck Colson's national ministry, founded and managed 4Life Initiatives within multiple correctional facilities, directed the Out4Life Conference uniting over six hundred churches and three thousand volunteers statewide, and cultivated donor relationships and church partnerships to sustain ministry growth.

Earlier, I worked as an independent contractor as National Trainer and Placement Director, where I trained sales personnel across the United States and launched AutoMax's national placement division, designing curriculum and facilitating sales performance workshops for dealership teams nationwide while building and scaling national candidate placement processes for franchise clients.

Across my career in executive coaching, nonprofit leadership, organizational consulting, and ministry, my work has been driven by a belief that lasting impact is built on trust, purpose, and resilient leadership.
