Her Story
About Debbra
Debbra Rehome serves in an operations role at Verizon, supporting eight stores across Florida's Treasure Coast. With 20 years in the wireless industry, she began her career in retail stocking t-shirts before moving into telecommunications via a kiosk selling Altel products. Recruited into the industry, she advanced through various locations and became a supervisor in her early twenties during the company's acquisition by Verizon. Rehome progressed into management positions involving relocation every couple of years, where she focused on building team confidence in sales and developing leaders. After stepping back from management to pursue her education and grow her family, she relocated to Florida and later transitioned into operations, leveraging her natural aptitude for systems and processes. In this capacity, she mentors other leaders, handles analytics, sales enablement, coaching, and ensures brand compliance while cascading executive messages to frontline teams. Rehome earned a Professional Retail Management Certification from Bellevue University, which provided hands-on business acumen, and recently obtained a Google AI Certification that has streamlined her reporting and analysis tasks. Her contributions have been recognized through selection to Winner's Circle as part of the top 10 percent of the company, President's Cabinet for the top 1 percent, and the Credo Award for exemplifying company values and character. Outside her professional duties, she volunteers at her children's private Christian school and at local baseball fields supporting youth sports.
