What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a combination of my clinical nursing experience, my knowledge of naturopathic practices, and guidance from God. Throughout my journey, I have often felt led through prayerful reflection, which has directed me to the right resources and opportunities to best support my clients. This integration of expertise and spiritual guidance allows me to provide thoughtful, holistic care tailored to each individual.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to put service at the heart of everything you do. Financial success is important, but true fulfillment comes from genuinely helping others improve their lives. If your primary motivation is money, this field can be frustrating—but if your motivation is people, the rewards are immeasurable. Always prioritize care and compassion; love what you do, and let your desire to help guide your work.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I face as a solo practitioner is the limited reach I can achieve on my own, along with technical and e-commerce hurdles when offering products, and the operational constraints of taking on charitable projects. At the same time, there are exciting opportunities to expand my impact through workshops, Zoom sessions, YouTube, and social media, allowing me to educate and support more people than ever before.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are joy, positivity, and a genuine love for people. I strive to uplift those around me and approach every interaction with compassion and care. My mission is simple: to serve, to educate, and to help others understand that true wellness begins with knowledge, intention, and thoughtful, heartfelt support.
