Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to consistently putting in the work every day for over 20 years in the field, coupled with having access to exceptional training and mentorship throughout my career. One of the most influential mentors in my journey has been Jim Duncan, whom I had the privilege of working alongside at Verizon for nearly 18 years. His guidance, leadership, and insights helped shape the sales leader I am today. I carry those lessons with me as I continue to grow and deliver results at Comcast Business.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is: "You can do anything you set out to accomplish. Stay the course, and you can achieve greatness." That message has stayed with me throughout my career. It’s a reminder that perseverance, focus, and belief in yourself are just as important as skill and strategy when it comes to long-term success.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The advice I would give to young women entering this industry is simple but powerful. You are capable as long as you remain teachable and willing to put in the work. Success does not happen overnight but with dedication, integrity, and a commitment to continuous learning, you can achieve more than you imagined. I’m proud to have earned President’s Club honors from 2014 through 2019, followed by the ATLAS Award in 2020 not because of shortcuts but because of hard work, consistency, and a deep commitment to both my craft and the companies I have represented. Stay curious, stay coachable, and never underestimate your ability to rise.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is achieving a true balance between giving 100 percent to both my family and my career. It requires ongoing dedication and hard work to meet this goal every day. I’m passionate about life outside of work as well. I love cooking, playing golf, and spending quality time with my family. At the same time, I remain fully committed to consistently meeting and exceeding my sales goals. Finding harmony between these priorities is a continuous journey, but it’s one I embrace wholeheartedly.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are maintaining a strong work life balance and taking pride in what I do. I absolutely love my career and find great fulfillment in helping employees grow and advance within the company. At the same time, I cherish my family life. I have a 13-year-old son and two young English Labrador puppies who bring so much joy to our home. Balancing these priorities is essential to my happiness and success.
