Deborah Kuby, MEd, ACC, CPCC, is a seasoned executive and leadership coach, author, blogger, and speaker, and the founder of Queen of Glass Half Full. With over three decades of experience in leadership development, instructional design, and performance solutions, Deborah brings an entrepreneurial and global perspective to helping individuals and organizations achieve their highest potential. She leverages her corporate experience from organizations such as McDonald’s, Allstate, and the American Society of Safety Professionals to deliver innovative coaching and learning solutions that drive measurable results.

A lifelong learner with a passion for people, Deborah is known for her intuition, empathy, and vibrant energy. Deborah holds a B.S. in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an M.Ed. in Adult Corporate Instructional Management from Loyola University Chicago, with electives in Organizational Development and Change Management. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, and an active volunteer development coach at All Stars Project, Inc. Outside of her professional pursuits, Deborah enjoys traveling, cooking, and creative writing, infusing curiosity and joy into every aspect of her life.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to pursue work that I truly love. When you are passionate about what you do, it fuels motivation, creativity, and long-term success.

The biggest challenge I’m facing right now is building and growing my business. At the same time, this presents an incredible opportunity to shape the vision, create meaningful impact, and establish a strong foundation for long-term success.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are authenticity, family, and community. I also prioritize maintaining a strong work ethic and practicing generosity, as these guide how I connect with others and approach every opportunity.
