01What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from passion and perseverance. I have a saying: passion plus perseverance equal publication. You can't give up because it can take years to be published, but if you have that passion and strong will to keep going, you can reach your goals.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Go to as many conferences as you can, especially local and down-home ones that don't cost thousands of dollars. Read as much as you can of your genre and read writing books. There are lots of ways to do it without spending a lot of money.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Just trying to love on other people and trying to help others.
