About Deborah
Deborah Michelson is a career ownership coach who helps individuals in the corporate world transition their accumulated business acumen into owned opportunities that they control. With more than 20 years in leadership roles, including serving as VP of technology at a top Fortune 7 company, she built teams focused on AI integration and product standardization before shifting her focus 15 months ago to coaching others as a solopreneur. Michelson earned an associate's degree while working her way through college and completed Carnegie Mellon certifications along with nanodegrees in AI and ethics. She works with clients to clarify goals around income, lifestyle, wealth, and equity, then connects them with a network of over 280 partners through a discovery process to identify suitable business opportunities. Outside her professional work, Michelson participates in the St. Vincent de Paul Society and leads faith formation for her church's youth program, drawing inspiration from mentors including her priest to challenge conventional business practices with humanity and values.
