Deborah Peck, Ph.D., is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Seity Insight, a management consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations unlock their hidden potential and strengthen workplace effectiveness. With a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, business management, and computer science, Deborah combines technical expertise and human insight to support senior executives and teams in achieving alignment, agility, and sustainable growth. Her career began as a data network engineer, progressing through management roles across industries including finance, healthcare, technology, education, construction, and nonprofit organizations, providing her with a deep understanding of organizational systems and dynamics.

At Seity Insight, Deborah specializes in Organization Network Analysis (ONA), developing tools like KĒS Network Analysis—which maps Knowledge, Experience, and Skills alongside social capital to provide a comprehensive view of how work truly gets done. She works with leaders managing complex change, fostering collaboration, and enhancing employee engagement while aligning organizational strategy with measurable outcomes. Her approach turns intuition into science, offering both tactical and strategic solutions to optimize organizational performance.
