About Deborah
Deborah Terhune became a realtor in 1983 and transitioned to full-time practice in 2013 after a career as an elementary school teacher. She taught fourth and fifth grades and holds a Master of Arts in Education with an additional 45 credits beyond her master's degree. Her main area of expertise is residential real estate. Terhune belongs to the National Association of Realtors and New Jersey Realtors at local to national levels. She attributes her success to being seen as hardworking and honest, always available for clients, providing prompt responses, and researching answers when needed. The best career advice she has received is to always try one's personal best, remain honest, and fully disclose what one knows.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I think that people see me as hardworking and honest, and I'm always there for them. They know that they're going to get a response from me, and that if I don't know it, I'm going to research it.
