Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I also believe in keeping a positive mental attitude, which has influenced both my career and my personal life. My strong work ethic comes from how I was raised. I've always been taught that there are no shortcuts and that hard work pays off.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

I've learned that success comes from staying consistent, working hard, and pushing through challenges, even if the career path isn't something I originally planned.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I think women can be very successful in this industry because we naturally bring care, communication, and a sense of comfort to others, especially in something as complex as insurance.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I don't focus on challenges; instead, I focus on meeting people, understanding their needs, and building relationships.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

What matters most to me is being happy, following the path God has for me, and treating people with care. In my work, I see everything as customer service, and I treat every client like family. My life doesn't get defined by my job. My life gets defined by how I'm raising my family and who we are. That's how my life is, I hope, to be defined by, is to be a good person.
