Deborah Walrath

I am a dedicated nursing educator and healthcare administrator with over three decades of experience in clinical practice, leadership, and higher education. Currently, I serve as Clinical Associate Professor at University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, leading curriculum development, teaching graduate and undergraduate nursing programs, and coordinating telehealth education initiatives.

Previously, I held progressive leadership roles in the State of Wisconsin, including Deputy Director and Staff Development Coordinator, overseeing inpatient care, staff development, and compliance with healthcare quality standards. I am passionate about preparing the next generation of nurses, advancing clinical education, and improving healthcare delivery in diverse communities.
