At the same time, I’ve learned to adapt—if one approach isn’t working, I pivot and find what does. My persistence is balanced with flexibility, allowing me to overcome obstacles and achieve results without losing momentum.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to keep going, even when things don’t go as planned. Setbacks are part of the journey and shouldn’t define your path—what matters most is how you respond and keep moving forward.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to be persistent, but also adaptable. Stay focused on your goals while recognizing when it’s time to adjust your approach. Resilience is key—challenges are temporary, and growth comes from pushing through them.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is navigating career transitions in an evolving job market, especially when moving into new areas like the legal field. At the same time, this creates a major opportunity—continuous learning and upskilling allow professionals to reinvent themselves and pursue new, fulfilling paths at any stage of their careers.

Integrity is the cornerstone of my life. I strive to be honest, consistent, and dependable in all situations. Alongside integrity, I value perseverance and compassion—qualities that guide both my professional work and my community involvement.
