My tenacity and inquisitive nature, not being lazy or complacent, and I have been lucky enough to find something that I truly love and that drives me.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have ever received is not to sweat the small stuff. I have learned that challenges and setbacks are part of any professional journey, and developing resilience is essential. Building a stronger mindset and making my shell a little harder has helped me stay focused, adapt to change, and continue growing while maintaining perspective on what truly matters.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to believe in their abilities and have confidence in the value they bring. Maximize your talents, continue building your skills, and never underestimate your potential. The journey may come with challenges, but staying resilient, committed, and prepared will help you navigate opportunities and achieve long-term success.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge and opportunity in my field right now is artificial intelligence. While AI is rapidly transforming the way we work and creating new challenges around adaptation and innovation, it also presents tremendous opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and unlock new possibilities. Embracing AI while continuing to develop human skills, creativity, and critical thinking will be key to navigating the future.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, credibility, tenacity, and trust. I believe that maintaining strong principles, following through on commitments, and building genuine relationships are essential to long-term success. These values guide how I approach challenges, collaborate with others, and strive to make a positive impact in everything I do.
