About Debra
I've been in public health now for almost 3 years. Prior to that I was a music educator at many private schools for over 15 years, teaching children from pre-K through 8th grade. I loved working with children and enriching them with musical genres, composers, history of music, rhythms and nuances. I made a pivot because I enjoy helping people and wanted to work with adults in the community. Currently at the health department I go out to providers' offices like doctors and dentists doing PowerPoint presentations to keep them up to date on services, programs and resources.
