Her Story

About Debra

Debra Fox has spent over 21 years in the aluminum distribution industry, building her career from the ground up. She began as a receptionist in her mid-twenties and steadily advanced through hands-on experience, strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous learning. Over time, she developed deep operational knowledge of the supply chain, particularly in working with aluminum coils and converting them into usable forms such as sheets and plates for manufacturing clients.

Her professional experience centers on purchasing aluminum coils directly from mills, processing them into specified dimensions, and delivering materials to end-user manufacturers. Working in a traditionally male-dominated industry, she has built her reputation through clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to understand both technical requirements and customer needs. Her approach emphasizes reliability, respect, and practical problem-solving in every stage of the distribution process.

After being let go from her long-term position following two decades of service, Debra is now transitioning into entrepreneurship and working toward establishing her own woman-owned LLC. She is focused on leveraging her industry expertise, long-standing relationships, and operational knowledge to build a business rooted in quality service and integrity. Her next chapter reflects both resilience and a continued commitment to contributing meaningfully within the aluminum distribution field.
