About Debra
I am an innovative consultant, coaching nonprofit organizations and small businesses in transformational change, leadership development, strategic planning, fundraising, communications, and building culture. My background in anthropology and how people learn informs my expertise as a creative thought leader and coach. I draw on 30 years of experience in education and nonprofits as a researcher, professional developer, executive director, grant writer, fundraiser, and board member. In addition to consulting, I am a fine artist with paintings and sculptures in U.S. and international private collections.

Say “yes” and believe you can do anything.

Believe in yourself and try new things, even when they make you uncomfortable. That’s when you learn the most.
