Debra Pearson

Debra Pearson is a Mother Advisor and mentor with the Mary B. Thomas girls youth group, which serves as an extension of the Eastern Star organization. In this role, she works closely with young girls, providing guidance and support. Pearson has dedicated several years to mentoring youth through various positions, including serving as a coach and team mom. Prior to her current focus, she held customer service roles, most recently working in the mailroom for DocuFree in Georgia. She is the mother of three children and a grandmother. Pearson received the Mother Helper of the year award in recognition of her consistent participation in community service efforts. Her advice to young women is to dream big, follow their dreams, and remain positive.
