She is a seasoned federal contracting and procurement leader with nearly two decades of experience in contract administration, acquisition strategy, and team management within the Department of Defense. Currently serving as Supervisor Terminations Contracting Officer at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), she manages a specialized cadre of Contracting Officers in the Terminations Group, overseeing contract administration on contract types including FFP, Time & Material, and IDIQ with an annual portfolio exceeding $8 billion. In this role, she implements customer engagements with senior DoD leadership, conducts performance evaluations, executes random internal audits to streamline processes, and develops training plans to ensure compliance and audit readiness. She also negotiates final settlements, performs price/cost analysis, and executes modifications to achieve cost savings for the government. Prior to this role, she spent over 13 years as a Contracting Specialist and Officer with the United States Federal Government, where she led procurement operations, served as lead buyer for Technical Engineering & Services with a $485 million portfolio, prepared business strategy clearances, and processed awards across multiple contract types including CPFF, IDIQ, and FFP. She holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is recognized as a strategic, compliance-focused leader who combines deep acquisition expertise with strong mentorship and collaborative problem-solving to drive efficiency and mission success.
