01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If you're trying to go into nutrition or start your own business, do what you love. Do nutrition, live by what you're saying. I'm 125, 5'2", I work out, I'm a professional trainer and a health coach. If you're gonna say it out, if you're gonna go out there and promote yourself, live by what you're saying. Don't just... You have so many hypocrites out here. My nana used to always say, live a true and clean life. Don't tell people something if you're not gonna live it yourself.
