About Debra

Experienced mental health and organizational consulting leader with a strong background in forensic psychology, leadership development, and public sector advisory. Currently serves as Psychological Consultant for the Alameda County Sheriff's Office, providing guidance on workplace mental health, employee selection, safety, and compliance areas such as PREA, while developing training programs and protocols to support staff and high-risk populations.

Also leads as University President of Listen & Love University, designing and delivering workshops, conferences, and educational programs focused on mental health awareness and community engagement. In parallel, works as a consultant with the California Department of Corrections, conducting forensic evaluations of violent offenders and providing expert assessments for court proceedings.

Additional consulting work with R3 Continuum includes leadership coaching, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and organizational effectiveness strategies. Also serves as Executive Director of The SCRIPT Conference, fostering dialogue and solutions around social and mental health challenges.
