Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is navigating the reality of being a woman in a traditionally male-dominated industry. When I first started—and as the first female employee at Impact Rentals—I often found it difficult to secure one-on-one meetings with some of my older male colleagues. At the same time, I’ve also seen tremendous opportunity as younger generations enter the workforce with a more inclusive mindset. Their openness and collaboration give me hope for a more balanced and supportive industry moving forward.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me both personally and professionally are balance, authenticity, and staying connected to what grounds me. I believe in showing up as my true self, working with integrity, and creating space for adventure and renewal. Fishing, kayaking, and traveling help me stay centered, recharge, and bring my best self to the people I support and the work I do.
