Dee Baker

She is an accomplished district manager and retail operations leader with over a decade of experience driving sales growth, leading teams, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures across multiple industries. Currently serving as District Manager at Casey's, she oversees operations in North Dakota and Minnesota, and serves as Chairman of the Field Outreach Committee for Casey's Christian Resource Network. She is also a member of Casey's Women Inspired to Lift and Lead (iWill) and a Continuous Improvement Advocate. Her previous experience includes District Manager at OSL Retail Services, Regional Engagement Ambassador and District Manager at Dollar General, where she was a Black Jacket nominee and Emerging Leaders Program participant, and District Manager at Christopher and Banks. She also served as Regional Volunteer Coordinator for Samaritan's Purse. Her career reflects a strong commitment to operational excellence, team development, and community engagement.
