Deena Lobb is a project management professional currently working in the healthcare field. She started her current role about two months ago, having previously worked at a fintech company. Her career began as a coordinator at a tech company, where she embraced opportunities beyond her initial job description. She earned a bachelor's degree from a liberal arts college, graduating with one major and three minors across different fields. This education fostered her critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Deena values follow-through, commitment, and delivering her best effort in all endeavors. She advises saying yes to opportunities, especially early in one's career, and emphasizes building relationships and connections.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Say yes to the opportunity that is in front of you today, and do the best you possibly can. By saying yes to new opportunities and by giving it your all, it really does open up doors that you never even considered.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Build relationships and make connections with people. Put yourself out there, say yes to opportunities, try new things. Surround yourself with people who are succeeding in the ways you want to succeed.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Resource constraints are always something that you have to negotiate. It's an opportunity to add value and create processes that empower the team and protect the team.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Follow-through and committing to something and doing your best with that. Taking pride in the things that I do.
