01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to curiosity, lifelong learning, and perseverance. I'm passionate about technology and education, so I make it a priority to keep learning and adapting. Every challenge has taught me something valuable, and I believe consistent effort, combined with a willingness to step outside my comfort zone, has helped me grow both personally and professionally.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Every expert was once a beginner. Keep learning, stay curious, and don't be afraid to start before you feel completely ready.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering technology is to believe in your potential, even if you don't have all the answers yet. Technology is constantly evolving, so no one knows everything. What matters most is your willingness to learn, ask questions, and keep growing.
Don't let self-doubt or the fear of not being "ready" hold you back. Some of the best opportunities come when you step outside your comfort zone. Find mentors, build a supportive network, and celebrate your progress along the way.
Most importantly, remember that your unique perspective is valuable. The technology we build impacts people from all walks of life, so we need diverse voices and ideas at the table. Your contribution matters.
