A media and operations professional with experience in project management, production, business operations, and live entertainment. Currently serves as Co-President of Lav Em & Leave Em Productions, overseeing day-to-day operations, business development, accounting, and talent recruitment. Previous roles at Comcast and NBCUniversal focused on media operations, portfolio and project management, training, workflow development, executive reporting, and post-production support. Earlier production experience with Access Hollywood and NBC Enterprises adds strengths in content coordination, talent support, research, and broadcast operations.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Having a "no job is too small" and "never give up" attitude.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Let Go and Let God. Everything will come in God's time. Work hard and be patient.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
There is no such thing as an overnight success. Take every opportunity that comes your way. All experiences can be learned from. Keep in touch with your connections because it's a small business. Never give up on your dreams, anything is possible with hard work and perseverance.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
AI and the ever changing way people are consuming media.
