Her Interview

Ten minutes with Delaney

01What do you attribute your success to?

I would say honestly myself. I just want to learn as much as I can especially young. I want to be successful young so that I can have a family one day and have them be able to look up to me as a powerful businesswoman. I really just want to push myself to my limits and see how far I can grow. I think growing at this age is super important.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say finding something that you're passionate about and really just not being afraid and just getting comfortable being uncomfortable. I know I was super nervous to start in sales and honestly I didn't want to but I wanted to step outside my comfort zone and try something new. And I really just listened to my mentors and just finding someone that you want to be like and be able to push yourself. And having goals is super important something that you're working towards I think super important. Whether that's like something you want to buy or a vacation something like that is super helpful and I would say knowing your worth and that you're capable of a much more much more than you think you are.
