About Delaney
Delaney Morgan is the owner of her own residential real estate brokerage in Columbia, South Carolina. She entered the field in 2017 after majoring in marketing and real estate and obtaining her license. Morgan focuses her practice on probate and estate sales, informed by her personal experience serving as power of attorney for her father and selling her childhood home following his strokes. She is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and she belongs to the Realtor Association. In addition to her professional work, Morgan volunteers as a guardian ad litem with Richland County CASA, supporting children in the foster care system. She attributes her success to hard work and her ability to empathize with clients facing similar emotional challenges.

01What do you attribute your success to?
A lot of hard work and internal motivation from being able to relate and empathize with clients going through similar emotional experiences as I did with my father's estate after his strokes.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Speak up for yourself and speak confidently, as the perception people have toward you is reflective on how you promote yourself and conduct yourself.
