Delores Williams

Delores Williams is a dedicated education and workforce development leader with 15 years of experience in the education field and approximately 5 years in farming and agriculture. She currently serves as Founder and Chairwoman of Generations 4 Learning Farm, a nonprofit organization based in Elba, Alabama. In this role, she assists farmers and small minority business owners with grants, property concerns, agritourism development, and creating multiple streams of income, while building a living laboratory that welcomes over 150 homeschool families and numerous schools for field trips and educational experiences. Williams holds a bachelor's degree in Family Consumer Science from the University of Montevallo, a master's degree in counseling from Wayland Baptist University, and a doctorate in business from George Washington University. She has completed the tribal leaders cohort at Harvard, an Executive Women's business course at Cornell, and a Tribal Leaders course at Arizona State University. She is a member of the Alabama Sustainable Agriculture Network. Her farm has achieved notable community impact, including supplying food to over 250 families, providing 180 fruit trees and vines, hosting 11 community workshops, and facilitating over 75 youth leadership hours. The farm's AI learning trail was funded through the World Wildlife Fund.
