Delphine Revillon is a French entrepreneur and Champagne industry leader with 12 to 15 years of experience building her business. She is the Founder and CEO of Champagne Delphine Revillon, producing her own Champagne in the Champagne region of France with the assistance of a master of cellar. She lives in Miami, Florida, where she develops and leads the brand in the USA, exporting to Canada, the USA, Japan, and Italy with a focus on premium, low-sugar, and organic vanilla options targeted at a confidential market including restaurants, hotels, and events. Her educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in history, specifically the history of the world, followed by a Master's degree in business from a university in France. As a French native now based in the United States, she has overcome challenges including not being born in the Champagne region and relocating to develop her brand internationally.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
My best advice is to increase my best attitudes for my business and to be in discipline. More the seating you have, the more you succeeds your project. Today I understand that the freedom is to be in discipline for my project.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The discipline. And to have a clear vision that you want, that you would like to go. And for you today, and for your future. More vision and creatures you have, more your success for you.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Two big challenges: not born in Champagne so creating new champagne in France is difficult, and moving to USA to live in Miami and develop brand there without comfortable life but exciting one with rounds of fail to success.
