01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Take ownership of the position but be observant, be a teacher with patience, guide others, do not take anything personal, know your power and authority, being feminine is not a weakness, bring your creativity because that changes the trajectory of what's normally done, do not try to step into the shoes of men but bring our own creativity and way of doing things, create a way where people can do what they need to do without being overwhelmed or overworked.
