She has successfully grown her client base from 15 to 35, emphasizing work-life balance for her employees. Denice prioritizes setting clear goals, maintaining boundaries with clients, and pursuing freedom over financial gain, reflecting her dedication to both professional excellence and personal fulfillment.

Her services include payroll processing and tax submissions, bank reconciliations, accurate asset tracking, preparation of critical financial documents for taxes or loans, Sales and Use tax filings, and providing 1099-NEC and W-2 forms for subcontractors and employees. She helps clients proactively implement strategies that maximize deductions, optimize income structures, and plan for long-term growth, ensuring both financial clarity and compliance.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I always tell young women entering this industry to stay true to themselves and their needs. It’s so important to honor your own goals and boundaries rather than trying to fit into someone else’s expectations. By staying authentic, you can build a career that reflects your values and strengths while making meaningful contributions.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
For me, maintaining a healthy work-life balance is a core value in both my personal and professional life. I strive to ensure that my career allows me the time and energy to nurture my family, pursue personal interests, and take care of myself, while still achieving my professional goals. This balance keeps me grounded, focused, and motivated to succeed.
