Denise Cook
Denise C. (She/Her) is a Neuroscience Key Account Manager at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, where she manages high-visibility, high-volume accounts including hospitals, pharmacies, and large patient treatment centers across multiple states. With more than 25 years of experience in the medicine and pharmaceutical field, Denise brings a unique blend of clinical, commercial, and operational expertise to her work. She has served in her current key account manager role for approximately 18 months, focusing on site-of-care expansion, access and reimbursement strategy, and building scalable treatment-center ecosystems that ensure patients receive timely, equitable access to innovative therapies.
Throughout her career, Denise has led portfolio growth initiatives, enhanced customer experience, and coordinated internal and external teams to align customer needs with organizational objectives. Her expertise spans buy-and-bill models, payer navigation, specialty pharmacy coordination, and coding and reimbursement strategy, enabling her to translate complex access challenges into actionable solutions. Before returning to pharmaceuticals, Denise gained direct patient care experience as a high-risk obstetric diagnostic medical sonographer, grounding her commercial work in firsthand clinical insight. She is deeply motivated to influence patient lives at scale and advance public-health outcomes, with a strong focus on improving access for underserved populations.
