Based in Mamaroneck, New York, Denise has spent over a decade teaching yoga at top-tier fitness centers including Equinox, YogaSpark, and New York Sports Club. Her approach to teaching emphasizes restorative movement, intentional breathing, and accessibility, drawing on her certifications from YogaEd and SilverSneakers.
