Ten minutes with Denise
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to perseverance, empathy, and resilience. My experiences in psychology, business, real estate, and overcoming leukemia have taught me to value genuine human connection and never give up. I’m passionate about helping others achieve their goals, supporting cancer survivors, and serving clients with compassion. I believe in putting health and happiness first, staying open to opportunities, and remembering that true influence comes from the positive impact we have on others.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to take your time, find a good mentor, and absorb as much as you can. Every transaction is different, so stay adaptable while always putting your clients first. I believe in old-school customer service—pick up the phone, communicate personally, and never lose the human connection.
