Denise Harris

She is a dedicated healthcare and safety professional with over a decade of experience in nursing leadership, clinical coordination, and prevention education. She currently serves as a Prevention Coordinator at Pontiac Community Foundation, creating and leading programs that promote health, safety, and wellness in the community.

As the owner of Healing Hearts Safety Services, she provides life-saving training in CPR, BLS, ACLS, AVERT, and Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS), equipping individuals and organizations to respond effectively in emergencies. Her career at Ascension included over ten years of supervising nursing staff and coordinating clinical operations to ensure quality patient care.

She holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and is recognized for her ability to combine clinical expertise, leadership, and community engagement to make a meaningful impact.
