Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the incredible mentors and leaders who saw my potential and guided me along my career path. Deborah Duffy, who first brought me into the role and led by example, showed me the strength and power of a confident woman in leadership. I’m also grateful to Myron Brown, Jim Russo, Randy Fields, and Sima, who took a chance on me in the IEM space, offered invaluable advice and feedback, and helped me overcome imposter syndrome to recognize and leverage my strengths.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering the industry to never be afraid to speak up and share their knowledge. Technology and cybersecurity are still male-dominated fields, so it’s essential to advocate for yourself, confidently put your expertise on the table, and ensure your voice is heard.
