About Denise
Denise Krogman is a realtor who obtained her license in 2001 and has practiced for over 25 years. She began her career in southern Wisconsin before relocating to Hudson, Wisconsin in 2003, where she has worked with brokerages including Coldwell Banker and a boutique firm before joining her current brokerage. In addition to real estate, Krogman is an author whose first solo publication appeared in 2017 and a qualified neutral who earned certification from Minneapolis Conflict Resolution about 15 to 17 years ago, allowing her to mediate cases such as divorces. She is a Dave Ramsey trusted partner covering 11 zip codes in Minnesota and Wisconsin, often assisting elders with downsizing. Krogman completed long-distance learning classes through UW-Madison Extension and volunteers by writing life stories of hospital patients for their charts with their permission. She emphasizes authenticity, high ethics, and ongoing education in her professional approach.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Honor who you are. Be truthful and genuine with high ethics and morals. Respect your clients. Stay educated as an eternal learner. Don't follow scripts or be someone you're not. Be professional but authentic.
