Denise Liriano is an Execution Coach and program creator best known for leading the Reset Program, where she helps ambitious mothers and early-stage entrepreneurs move from overthinking to purposeful, consistent action. With a strong foundation in business and mindset coaching, she specializes in accountability, decision-making, and strategic execution. Through her work, Denise empowers clients to gain clarity, build structured plans, and develop the confidence needed to launch ideas and achieve long-term goals.

Her professional journey reflects a diverse background spanning administration, customer service, business funding, and entrepreneurship. Raised in an entrepreneurial family, Denise was exposed to business early on through her parents’ construction company, where she later played a key role in its operations. She went on to found CoGrow Finance, providing bookkeeping and funding solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. However, recognizing that many entrepreneurs struggled not with access to resources but with mindset and execution, she transitioned into coaching to address these deeper challenges.

Denise’s approach is rooted in the belief that clarity must come before strategy and that sustainable success requires both structure and self-awareness. She works closely with clients to break cycles of burnout, inconsistency, and overthinking by implementing practical systems tailored to their real lives. Combining her business acumen with a passion for personal growth, she continues to expand her expertise through ongoing education and coaching certifications, while building a practice centered on helping others follow through on the lives and businesses they envision.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my children and my mother. Now that I have twins, a boy and a girl who are toddlers, my value is basically how can I be my better self, because they mirror me all the time. I want to make sure that I create the path for them so they can see that anything is possible if you just set your mind to it, even though when things are messy and even though things can be hard. If you believe in yourself, you can actually do it. My mother has been my main mentor - her business drive and her ability to show me that nothing will stop you unless you decide it has been the biggest drive in my life. The women who were constantly coming to me, I saw their limitations, and as I became a mom, I started noticing my own limitations. So it was more of, how can I continue that journey for my mom, but triple it or 10 times it, by building that journey and being the guide for those that have those constant limitations.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received is that failure is just data. Failure is not something to be afraid of. Failure is actually something to learn from. This advice has helped me understand that setbacks aren't the end - they're opportunities to gather information and grow. It's shifted my entire perspective on taking risks and pushing forward in my business.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is that we shouldn't listen to the noise, and we shouldn't look externally - we should start looking internally. It's so easy to get caught up in what everyone else is saying or doing, but the real answers and strength come from within. Trust yourself and your own inner guidance rather than seeking validation or direction from outside sources.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge in business coaching and mindset coaching right now is the belief that you need to know the answer to absolutely everything to be in this field. But as humans, we don't know everything. We have to do our trial and errors, but we also need to explore, because there's things out there that we might not know, and without exploration, you might not find the answer to things. So it's just having the open mind of, you don't know everything, but you need to be curious and continue growing and learning and exploring. People expect coaches to have all the answers, but the reality is that curiosity and continuous learning are what make you effective.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide my work and personal life have become even more meaningful since becoming a parent to my toddler twins. I am committed to being the best version of myself, knowing they learn by example. I strive to model resilience, determination, and self-belief, showing them that anything is possible with focus and perseverance.

I am also driven to grow beyond my own limitations while empowering others—especially women—to do the same. Building on the foundation my mother started, my goal is to create greater opportunities not just for my family, but for my community, serving as a source of support, guidance, and encouragement for others to believe in their potential.
