I attribute my success to staying consistent, never giving up, and maintaining a sense of fun along the way. I believe that persistence, paired with a positive attitude, is the key to achieving lasting results.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to be authentic. Staying true to myself in every role and interaction has allowed me to build genuine connections, earn trust, and create meaningful impact in my work.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to embrace your curiosity and never be intimidated by the men around you. Know your stuff, stay educated, seek out a strong mentor, and avoid anyone who tries to fit you into a cookie-cutter mold. Most importantly, be yourself—your unique perspective and authenticity are your greatest strengths.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is addressing the public’s perception of hypnosis, which is often shaped by Hollywood portrayals. While misconceptions can create skepticism, they also provide a chance to educate people about the science, safety, and real-life benefits of hypnosis, helping more individuals experience lasting personal transformation.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values I hold most important in both my work and personal life are taking action and continually moving forward. I believe that progress comes from consistent effort, embracing change, and staying proactive in pursuing goals and personal growth.
