Behavioral health leader and board-certified behavior analyst with extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), clinical program development, and community advocacy. Owner and Clinical Director of Sankofa Behavioral Health, where they lead a mission-driven organization providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed behavioral and mental health services to children, teens, and young adults.
Dedicated to empowering neurodivergent individuals and their families, they implement strengths-based approaches that support social, emotional, and behavioral development while enhancing overall family well-being. Known for building supportive, collaborative clinical teams and delivering high-quality, individualized care.
Contributed to the advancement of the field as Guest Editor in Chief for Behavior Analysis in Practice, leading a special publication addressing systemic racism and social justice within behavioral health.
Brings prior experience as a BCBA consultant and supervisor, specializing in behavioral assessments, treatment planning, staff supervision, and parent training. Also engaged in global service through the Global Autism Project, providing training and capacity-building support to ABA practitioners in Kenya.
