The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my husband and mentor, Omolade Kolawole, who has always encouraged me, supported my ambitions, and managed the home-front so I could pursue my dreams.

My advice to young women entering the industry is to never underestimate yourself, trust your abilities, stay adaptable, be willing to learn, and approach every challenge with resilience.

The values most important to me are integrity, honesty, and dedication—being true to my word and reliable in all I do. In my personal life, I cherish cooking, gardening, nurturing plants, attending church, and reflecting on the goodness of God.
