DeOnn Griffin

She is an experienced business leadership, executive development, and organizational learning professional with more than 15 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, training, and business operations. She currently serves as a Business Leadership Professor at Johnson & Wales University and Managing Principal of 5050 Logistics, where she oversees trucking operations, financial management, client relationships, and strategic planning. Previously, she spent over seven years at Gartner leading research teams focused on employee engagement, talent management, executive development, organizational culture, and change leadership. She also held global learning and training leadership roles at Sealed Air Diversey Care and Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where she developed international training programs, managed global teams, and led learning and development strategies across large multinational organizations. She holds a PhD in Education – Professional Studies from Capella University and an MBA in Business Management from Amberton University.
