Deshaya Green

Deshaya is an event management professional who entered the field in 2021 upon graduating with a bachelor's degree in event management from a college in Indianapolis. In her role as an event manager, she oversees staffing for a variety of events ranging from convention centers and zoos to major occasions such as the Indy 500, while also managing 24-hour security operations and maintaining strong customer relationships. Her daily responsibilities include recruiting staff, verifying time cards, coordinating with vendors, conducting on-site visits, and executing events from initial client meetings and walkthroughs through to post-event reviews and financial settlements. She emphasizes clear communication as her primary expertise, complemented by thorough on-site supervision and meticulous planning to ensure every event runs successfully from start to finish.
