What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to following my dreams and pursuing work that truly brings me joy. I strive to approach everything with compassion and focus on building strong, meaningful relationships. I am also deeply grateful for the unwavering support of my husband, which has been instrumental in every step of my journey.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to follow your dreams and pursue work that brings you genuine happiness. Approach every interaction with compassion, and remember the power of human connection in caregiving—it is what truly makes a difference.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating economic constraints and securing the funding necessary to solidify and scale the business. At the same time, there are significant opportunities, including the growing demand for warm, compassionate non-medical home care and the potential to expand our services beyond the local market. These trends make this an exciting time to innovate and make a meaningful impact.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I am deeply committed to empowering women—both in my personal life and in my work. Growing up, I was frustrated by how male-dominated so many roles were, and I wanted to see more women in positions to lead and inspire. Today, as I build my business, I strive to be a role model, especially for my daughter, with the hope that she, too, can empower others. Creating opportunities for women to support one another and lifting up the next generation is at the heart of everything I do.
Equally important are the values I bring to my work: compassion, empathy, and solidarity. I aim to ensure that every client and their family feels truly supported, understood, and at ease.
