Destiny Harris, MNM
Destiny Harris, MNM, is a dynamic stakeholder engagement professional, content creator, and advocate for mental health and wellness. She currently serves as Stakeholder Engagement Manager at the Peer Support Coalition of Florida, where she has spent over three years fostering community partnerships, coordinating outreach initiatives, and amplifying the voices of those impacted by mental health challenges. Destiny combines her expertise in nonprofit management, social media, and communications to drive meaningful engagement and strengthen organizational impact across the state of Florida.
A proud alumna of the University of Central Florida, Destiny earned her Master’s in Nonprofit Management, building on a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Communication and Multimedia from Florida Atlantic University. Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has cultivated skills in strategic planning, fundraising, volunteer management, and content creation, while earning certifications in Well-Being Ambassadorship, mental health first aid, and social media management. Her commitment to service is further reflected in her time with Public Allies and volunteer roles with HOPEFUL Inc., where she led community outreach, marketing campaigns, and program development initiatives.
Beyond her nonprofit work, Destiny is the founder and host of the Educated Black Queen Podcast and lifestyle blog, platforms she established in 2020 to educate, empower, and celebrate Black women. Through her writing, interviews, and advocacy, she normalizes conversations around mental health and wellness, sharing stories that inspire personal growth and community impact. Recognized as Content Creator of the Year by Healing Black Women Inc. in 2024 and featured in Orlando Magazine’s wellness edition, Destiny continues to expand her influence through her upcoming book, Undeniably, a collection of empowering poetry.
