Devina Krevinghaus

When I first started my career, I was young and hungry and eager to learn. I stepped into my first role of leadership and got this feeling of excitement from getting to lead and develop the team members below me. Seeing them thrive and grow has always been a passion of mine. I moved away from leadership and stepped into more of an agency consultative role in the revenue operations world, and that has been fun. I get to still do the training and development, but instead of team members underneath me, it's different clients. I'm in the HubSpot ecosystem, implementing and setting up their new CRM system, and then training them for enablement and aligning their sales, marketing, and service teams all together, working towards one goal of alignment and scaling. It's been really fun to see how my career has grown from pouring into volunteers and team members below me to now pouring into actual companies - starter companies, enterprise companies, all different kinds. I get to get my hand in the cookie jar of all types of industries and all types of people and roles, from specialists to CEOs to VPs. It's been the greatest blessing to be in this role and seeing the types of things that I see. I'm with Growth Operations Firm as a senior HubSpot strategist, and I'm loving it.
